Recently,Jiaxing Economic and Information Bureau announced the list of the first batch of Jiaxing green industrial parks and factories in 2024,and DKE Zhejiang Fuyong Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.and Zhejiang Fusheng Technology Co.,Ltd.were selected for the list and won the honorary title of"Green Factory"in Jiaxing City.
The municipal green factory selection aims to play a point-and-point demonstration role of advanced green manufacturing models,lead the green and low-carbon transformation of manufacturing,guide enterprises to actively benchmark green manufacturing standards,continue to strengthen green and low-carbon development capacity building,and implement the national green manufacturing system construction work deployment.The selection is a full recognition of DKE's green manufacturing,guiding enterprises to actively respond to the national"dual carbon"goal and establish a green and sustainable development road in line with the development of enterprises.
In recent years,as a manufacturer and service provider of electronic paper display technology,DKE has focused on the national"double carbon"goal,practiced the concept of sustainable development,integrated energy saving and environmental protection into the spirit of enterprise,enterprise products,enterprise manufacturing,etc.,and implemented it in every work process,from the establishment of green supply chain at the source of procurement to the adherence to green and sustainable characteristics of product design and development.To the manufacturing and production of the introduction of green ecological design concept,to achieve the comprehensive energy consumption of products decreased year by year,reduce production costs at the same time,for the"carbon peak,carbon neutral"goal to make a positive contribution.
We take the construction of digital factory as the starting point,introduce the concept of 5.0 digital smart factory,comprehensively introduce ERP,MES,CRM and other information management systems to the production line and related sectors,fully use digital technology to enhance the driving ability of production equipment,manufacturing capacity,green energy saving coordination,and adopt environmental protection,energy saving,automatic production line equipment.Phase out energy-intensive and obsolete equipment to achieve green and low-carbon production.
At the same time,we set up a photovoltaic power generation project to break through the theme,the use of photovoltaic power generation in the No.2 and No.3 factory of Zhejiang Fuyong Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.is accomplished in building the Fuyong electronic paper factory area into a photovoltaic green energy base,improving the proportion of green energy use in the production and manufacturing process,effectively saving energy and reducing emissions,and contributing to the development of green ecology.
