DEPG0150RWS810F10 is an Active Matrix Electrophoretic Display (AMEPD), with interface and a reference system design. The display is capable to display images at 1-bit white, black and red full display capabilities. The 1.5 inch active area contains 200×200 pixels. Themoduleis a TFT-array driving electrophoresis display, with integrated circuits including gate driver, sourcedriver, MCU interface, timing controller, oscillator, DC-DC, SRAM, LUT, VCOM. Modulecanbeused in portable electronic devices, such as Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) System.
